Costs of Mediation
During the initial consultation, the clients will be quoted an hourly rate for services and will be asked to sign a retainer agreement. The fees are usually divided equally between the parties as the work progresses. Hourly fees and expenses are assessed for the following services:
•In-office mediation sessions
•Telephone consultations
• File research
• Letters to and from clients
• Drafting of all case documents
• Court filing fees and related expenses
